The Lake Wynonah Board of Directors consists of nine elected Members who manage the affairs of the Association.
By utilizing its Deed Restrictions, Bylaws, and the membership rules as contained in the Membership Handbook, the Board of volunteers has a fiduciary responsibility to the community.
Regularly scheduled Open Board of Director Meetings entertain present and future ideas, comments, questions, and concerns of the Membership-at-Large. Monthly work sessions are also held to deal with member requests, operations, personnel, finances, collections, legal matters, and other projects that require attention.
